Dr. Kristin Woodbury attended Osteopathic medical school in Kirksville, Missouri at the A.T. Still University of Health Sciences, where Osteopathic medicine originated in 1894. She completed her Otolaryngology, Head and Neck surgery specialty training at the Michigan State University affiliate Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. An additional year of subspecialty fellowship training in Rhinology (sinus and nasal diseases) as well as Allergy, at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center allowed Dr. Woodbury to focus on this area of special interest..
She practices all aspects of Otolaryngology and enjoys seeing the very broad spectrum of patients the specialty offers. Particular interests include:
- Sublingual allergy treatment
- Medical and surgical treatment of difficult nasal and sinus disorders
- Surgical treatment for thyroid and parathyroid diseases
- Reconstructive procedures for facial skin cancers
